Altaneve Rosé

Altaneve Rosé has a lovely pink color and a wonderful, full flavor that is both delicate and intense, with a lively bouquet of fruity and floral notes. The maturation of the wine, combined with the extended secondary fermentation develop a crisp body and an elegant finesse and a smooth, velvety perlage. The exotic character of Altaneve Rosé can be enjoyed with an array of different foods, from fish to cheese to spicy tomato sauces, or by itself as an aperitivo. All Altaneve wines are sustainable, vegan, and gluten free – each with approximately 500 calories per bottle. Available in 750ml or 3.0L bottles.

Altaneve Z Prosecco

Altaneve Z

Altaneve Z is a very limited production wine that we hand-harvest on one of the oldest vineyards in Valdobbiadene, on a small plot below the hamlet of San Pietro di Barbozza on a hill that is named Località Rive Longa. The micro-plot is so small that we can only produce 1,500 bottles per year, and it is worth all of the toil, because this terroir bestows an amazing minerality to the wine. Altaneve Z is a dry sparkling wine, with 5 g/l of residual sugar, and it is exceptional as an aperitivo, and a wonderful pairing for a tuna tartare, shellfish or fruit. Available in 750ml or 3.0L bottles.

For a vino to serve during your next dinner party (or a night home alone with Netflix), Prosecco from Altaneve is a sipping staple at the Roth residence.

The original parcel of land was a potato farm with an old farmhouse in what is now the middle of the estate. The original parcel of land was a potato farm with an old farmhouse in what is now the middle of the estate. Over the years, as more acres were acquired, paddocks and stables were added and, in 1988, the vineyard was founded. This 55-acre vineyard is part of a 175-acre estate with boarding stables, 39 paddocks, an indoor jumping ring, and a Grand Prix field. Both the stables and winery have a European character and, from these former potato fields, world-class wines have come forth. Wölffer Estate Vineyard is an American winery in the classic European tradition.
